If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Quote on the subject “I wish to exchange/return my item” and include your full name, item names and delivery address or your order number. Also please include the reason of your return, so we have the possibility to improve our products and customer service.
In order to receive a refund or exchange you have to return the product within 7 days of the delivery date, unless we have notified you otherwise. 14 days if you are based outside the SG. Items must be unworn and in its original condition with all garment tags still attached. We will issue a full refund or exchange on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.
1. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend that you send by a tracked method that insures you for the value of goods. Make sure to retain the proof of postage, we are not liable for any items that have not been delivered to us.
2. We do not refund postage costs, unless otherwise stated. We are an independent brand and our items are only available in small quantities. We simply don’t have margins as the big brands, and we ask for your understanding that we can not cover the costs of regular returns. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
3. All items bought on SALE can be exchanged for another item or online credit within 14 days but not refunded. Online credit cannot be exchanged for a cash refund at any point.
