What is the 1-year fit & wear guarantee?
A garment has only two jobs. Fit well. Last long. If ours fails at either within 12 months, we replace it. That covers a collar that stretches out, seams or stitching that come undone, or a shape that doesn’t hold, as long as it’s because of how we made it.
We don’t cover damage from misuse: tears, snags, burns, bleach, stains, or not following the care label. Fading from leaving garments under the sun for long periods of time isn’t covered either.
